Feed the People - Atlanta

Meet up with us at 10AM at Othello's 1170 Sylvan Road ATL 30310 and help us make sandwiches and fill the brown bags with lunch items, and/or donate any
of the following to be distributed:
sandwich fixings (bread, condiments, peanut butter, jelly, cheese slices, lunch meat - no pork or beef), bottled water, fruit (grapes, bananas, apples, oranges), clothes, blankets, diapers, sanitary napkins, toothpaste and toothbrushes, soap, new socks and underwear, wash cloths and towels.

FYI - This outing is the Nation of Gods and Earths of Allah's Garden (Atlanta) Seeds Cipher for the month of September so bring the babies y'all so they learn first hand about homelessness, depravity, inequality, humanitarianism and selflessness!

Peace!

Peace Sis,

It is very easy to replicate. You just need a meet up spot where sandwiches will be made and bagged, and donations of water and fruit and snacks will be dropped off and bagged as well.

Right now - for winter months - we are serving hot food to the displaced/homeless every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.

We have received donations of spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, dry beans, and canned veggies and beans and more. There of those of us who have volunteered to cook, so we cook up the donated food (or food that we ourselves are donating), meet up with the already prepared food, bottled water, and collection of clothes, coats, blankets and toiletries that we already receive, and we distribute it - food and all.

Some of the food we've been cooking this winter is spaghetti, lentil stew, chicken noodle soup, vegetable/potato soup, beans and rice, collard greens and more.

Appreciate the encouragement Queen!

Peace,
Eboni Joy
